Limited time offer of 50% OFF (normally £250) for your initial scoliosis consultation which will last between 60 - 90 minutes and include a detailed history taking and comprehensive examination of the spine, including a thorough assessment of your risk of progressive worsening and other relevant systems. In some cases x-rays may be required and this will attract an additional cost.

Follow up - £125.00

For existing patients only

The follow-up appointment will last about 30 minutes and include either one or a combination of 3-D spinal decompression, ultrasound-guided electro-dry needling, functional-and-kinetic-treatment-with-rehab (FAKTR) and/or chiropractic adjustments.

Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
By using our online booking system to schedule your appointments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. APPOINTMENT BOOKING
- Availability: Appointments are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or sms from us. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24-hours, please contact us.
- Personal information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking an appointment. This includes your name, contact information, and any relevant medical history.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee (12% of the cancelled appointment).
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24-hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24-hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and rescheduling fee (12% of the rescheduled appointment).
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment Method: Payment for services can be made online through our secure payment gateway or in-person at the time of the appointment. We can only accept cash at the moment in our office.
- Payments are made in full at the time of booking. The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice or subject to cancellation/reschedule fee if you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24-hours.
- Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances must be paid before or at the time of your appointment.

5. LATE ARRIVALS
- Grace Period: We offer a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, we reserve the right to shorten your appointment time or reschedule.
- Missed Time: If your appointment is shorted due to late arrivals, you will still be charge the full appointment fee.

6. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND LIABILITY
- Medical History: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in complications, for which we are not liable.
- Treatment Outcome: Chiropractic care is a form of complementary therapy and results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and you acknowledge that you understand the risks and benefits involved.
- Liability Waiver: By attending your appointment, you agree to release Reliable Spine Ltd and its practitioners from any liability for injury or adverse effects resulting from treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
- Data Collection: We collect and store personal information necessary for booking and managing your appointments. This include your name, contact details, and health information.
- Data Protection: Your personal data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law.
- Communication: By booking an appointment, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your appointment and other related services.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them before each appointment.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Great Britain. Any disputes arsing out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
